Eberhard Morawa works as an organisational consultant, management coach, trainer and
lecturer as well as a teacher of Buddhist meditation methods. From 1978 to 1999 he was self-employed and after that he worked as a senior manager for several companies until 2004. Since then he has worked together with companies, networks and associations to achieve a change towards a more successful economy focused on sustainability.
He organises the Diamond Cutter Study Group Cologne and is responsible for the online project

He worked as a certified EBI Instructor from 2006 until the EBI was closed.
