"Karmic Management"
The second way is much more analytical and is directly derived from the disciplined approach of Tantric Buddhism. In this process, the two main concepts "Karma" (cause and effect) and "hidden potential" (emptiness) are as important as are various methods of reflection and contemplation summarized in the Book "The Diamond Cutter" by US American Michael Roach, who studied Buddhism for 18 years and at the same time worked as an executive in a diamond company.
His methods were translated into over 14 languages worldwide and are available in extracts via Radiance Consulting and the corresponding network. The intention of these "Karmic Management Methods" is, by means of a fast and far-reaching distribution of this knowledge, to create prosperity for everyone and to alleviate misery and poverty in the world. One of the main methods are the "10 principles and 46 correlations derived from them":
- Enhance the well-being of others
- Respect your financial commitments
- Act with absolute equanimity
- Convey only true impressions
- Bring people together
- Speak professionally and respectfully
- Speak about meaningful things
- Find happiness in what you have
- Celebrate others' achievements
- See the hidden potential of all things
In Germany, workshops, lectures, correspondence material and consultations according to this model are offered by the companies Radiance Consulting (Cologne/Freiburg) and Lotus (Heidelberg/Berlin).
